Learned Panel Counsel appearing for the BDA submits that in a series of similar matters, the litigants have been relegated to the Justice K.N.Keshavanarayana Committee appointed pursuant to order of a Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.51929/2014 & connected matters between SRI. K.P.ANJANAPPA vs THE STATE OF KARNATAKA & OTHERS . This assertion of learned Panel Counsel is not contraverted by the other side and there is no reason to take a different view in the matter which is substantially similar to the ones already disposed off.
Ordered accordingly and Writ Petition is disposed off keeping open all contentions.
No costs.
