The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider the representations sent through email dated 22.06.2023 and 27.06.2023. It is submitted that respondent Nos.1 to 3 have not consider the representations made by the petitioner through email dated 22.06.2023 and 27.06.2023. Hence, this writ petition.
