representation dated 26.05.2023 at (Annexure-E), this writ petition is filed.

Sri. Veerayya Hiremath, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that there existed an electric pole (LT line) in front of main gate of house of petitioner on left side of public road. As it caused danger to life due to flow of energy from pole which had resulted in death of petitioner's pet dog, he had submitted representation to respondents-authorities for shifting pole to some other place. In pursuance thereof, electrical pole was shifted.

It was alleged that respondent no.3 was now making efforts for shifting electrical pole back in front of petitioner's main gate, he filed objections against such shifting, but same was not considered. Hence, sought for direction.

Learned counsel for respondents no.1 and 2 would

submit that petitioner's representation would be considered in accordance law within reasonable time.

In view of above submission, writ petition is disposed of, directing respondents no.1 and 2 to consider petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2023 (Annexure-E) in accordance with law, and refrain from shifting electric pole back in front of petitioner's main gate.
