This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing respondent no.1 to consider her representation dated 09.03.2023 vide Annexure-J received in Inward no.14812 for renewal of permits bearing no.26/99-00 and 28/99-00 valid up to 19.07.2024 to operate on route from Begur Cross to Kollegal and back and Palar to Nanjangud and back.

Sri. Bhojegouda T Koller, learned AGA on instructions submitted that an endorsement was issued by Karnataka State Transport Authority to petitioner directing her to appear before respondent no.2 and furnish particulars to consider her application.

Since respondents have called upon petitioner, there would be no impediment to dispose of writ petition.

Hence, writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no.2 to permit petitioner to furnish particulars and consider same along with petitioner's application dated
