Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the memo dated 07.12.2023 filed by the learned Additional Government Advocate a letter dated 15.11.2023 has been placed on record which has considered the resolution dated 15.11.2019 in respect of which the relief has been sought in the present Writ Petition.
Government Advocate reads as under:
" The undersigned herewith produces the copy of the letter dated 15.11.2023 written by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mandya Sub-Divisions, Mandya for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court and the same may be taken on record in the interest of justice and equity."
