None appears for the petitioner.

In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged appointment of respondent No.7 as Anganwadi worker for Centre No.5 of Kudaremoti Village on the ground that respondent No.7 is not a resident of Kudaremoti Village. However, W.P. No.78248/2013 filed by the respondent No.7 in respect of cancellation of her residential certificate issued by the competent Tahasildar has been allowed and the matter has been remanded back to the Tahasildar to consider the case of respondent No.7 as to whether she is a resident of Kudaremoti Village or not.

In the light of the said decision, the present writ petition is also disposed off giving liberty to the petitioner to participate in the proceedings before the Tahasildar and adduce evidence, if any, to show that respondent No.7 is not a resident of Kudaremoti Village.

The petitioner herein is given liberty to approach the Tahasildar without further notice on 13.12.2023 in this regard.
