ORDER
The late husband of the petitioner was working as a driver with respondent No.3. He died while he was in service. Petitioner has requested respondent No.3 to sanction the family pension and other benefits that she is entitled. However, as the same has not been so far, the instant writ petition has been filed.
ORDER
Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the case of
the petitioner in accordance with law and pass suitable
orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is disposed off accordingly.
