The petitioner was a member of 4th respondentSociety. It is submitted that he has been subsequently removed from the said society. The petitioner is of the opinion that lot of irregularities have been committed in the society. Hence, he has given representation to respondent No.2. As no action was initiated by respondent No.2, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action against respondent Nos.4 and 5.
