Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the writ petition.

The memo for withdrawal reads as under;

"The above writ petition has been filed challenging Annexure-K dated 8/9/2021, whereby the respondent has forfeited the site along with the construction. This Hon'ble Court has granted an interim order on 16/09/2021, staying the impugned order dated 8/9/2021 at Annexure-K.

During pendency of the above writ petition respondent has regularized the building and approved the changed plan as requested by the petitioner. The final sale deed was also executed by them. In view of these subsequent developments which have taken place, the petitioner above named does not wish to prosecute the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn, in the interest of justice."
