The petitioner is before this Court calling in question an order dated 24.01.2023 passed by the 2^nd respondent granting interim order of stay in a petition filed by respondent Nos.5 to 8. The petitioner is thus before this Court calling in question an interim order dated 24.01.2023.

The contention of the petitioner is that the said interim order could not have been granted in the light of the fact that the appeal itself was preferred after a long delay.

Therefore, without interfering with the interim order, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition directing the 2^nd respondent – Deputy Director of Land Records, Koppal to dispose of the appeal itself within three months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier.

All contentions of the parties shall remain open.
