ORDER
The petitioner interested in groundnut decorticating and manufacture of groundnut oil applied for the necessary licence and the project was approved in single window agency and certain other permissions have been granted by the State. However, respondent Nos.5 and 7 have failed to allot the land required for the petitioner even when the said land is available. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation to respondent Nos.5 and 7 and as the same has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed.

ORDER
The writ petition is disposed off directing respondent Nos.5 and 7 to consider the representation made by the petitioner for allocation of land in Green Food Park, Bagalkot District, Navanagar Agrotech Industrial Area within a period of six weeks form the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
