ORDER
The above writ petition is filed by the defendants seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 03.02.2016 passed on I.A.No.V in O.S.No.90/2010 by the Civil Judge, Ramadurg.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that O.S.No.90/2010 has been dismissed on 23.02.2022. A copy of the judgment and decree is placed on record.
In view of the same, the above writ petition does not survive for consideration and accordingly, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
