Learned counsel for respondent No.1-plaintiff has filed a memo enclosing copy of the memo filed in O.S. No. 205/2021 out of which the present petition arises. The memo filed in the suit by the plaintiff indicates that the plaintiff does not intend to prosecute the suit since the matter was settled out of court.
In view of the memo filed on behalf of the respondent No.1-
plaintiff before the trial Court nothing survives further in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
