This appeal was filed in the year 2020. This Court, vide order dated 20.01.2023 granted two weeks’ time to comply with the office objections on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- and also made it clear that failing which, list this matter for dismissal. Even though two weeks’ time was granted on 20.01.2023, the office objections are not complied. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for noncompliance of office objections.
