them, their ancestors were in possession of the suit schedule property since from 1956. In order to show that the plaintiffs' ancestors were in possession of the suit schedule property, the plaintiffs have not produced any record. On the contrary, the plaintiffs have produced the RTC extracts at Exs.P13 to P18, which discloses that the plaintiffs are in possession of the suit schedule property since from 1974. After the Land Reforms Act came into force, the father of the plaintiffs and one Ramabovi filed applications in Form No.7 in respect of land bearing Sy.No.78. The Land Tribunal rejected the said applications on the ground that suit land is a gomal land. The father of the plaintiffs and said Ramabovi aggrieved by the order passed by the Land Tribunal, preferred a writ petition in W.P.Nos.763 & 764/1990, which came to be dismissed on 12.08.1997. Again, father of plaintiffs and Ramabovi filed the applications before the Assistant Commissioner for regularization of their unauthorized occupation. The said applications also came to be rejected.
