From the perusal of order sheet, it discloses that there was no representation on behalf of the appellant on several occasions. Even today, case called, none appears for the appellant. The appeal is of the year 2012, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
