J U D G M E N T
This appeal was filed in the year 2018. This Court, vide order dated 06.01.2023 granted two weeks’ time to comply with the office objections on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- and also made it clear that if office objections are not complied with and cost is not paid within the stipulated time, list this matter for dismissal on 23.01.2023. Even though two weeks’ time was granted on 06.01.2023, till date, the office objections are not complied. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
