This matter was called twice in the morning as well as in the afternoon session, no representation on behalf of the appellant. On the previous date of occasion on 07.12.2022 also, learned counsel for the appellant was absent. Hence, it appears that the learned counsel for the appellant is not diligent in prosecuting the matter, though this appeal was filed in the year 2018.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
