ORDER
This Court vide order dated 17.02.2023 granted two weeks time to comply with the office objections raised on legal representative application on cost of Rs.1,000/- and also made it clear that if office objections are not complied within the stipulated time, the appeal will be listed for dismissal. Though cost is imposed to comply with the office objections, only cost is paid and not complied the office objections. Hence, in view of peremptory order dated 17.02.2023, the appeal is dismissed for noncompliance of office objections.
