This appeal was filed in the year 2021. This Court, vide order dated 06.02.2023 granted two weeks’ time to comply with the office objections and also made it clear that failing which, list this matter for dismissal. Even though two weeks’ time was granted on 06.02.2023, till date, the office objections are not complied. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
