ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellants has not filed the paper book inspite of the order dated 30.01.2023. The appeal was admitted in 2019 and periodically time was extended to file the paper book and the learned counsel again seeks time to file the paper book and to pay the cost.

However, one week’s time is granted to file the paper book on payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- payable at the Registry. If the cost is not paid and paper book is not filed within one week, the appeal will be dismissed without reference to the Bench.
