On perusal of order sheet dated 17.07.2013, learned counsel for appellant is permitted to retire from case.
Thereafter, appellant has consistently remained absent.
Even today, appellant is absent, though learned counsel for respondent is present. This would indicate that appellant is not interested in prosecuting appeal.
Consequently, appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
