JUDGMENT

This appeal arises out of a suit for ejectment which

has been dismissed by the Trial Court. During the pendency of this appeal, the parties have entered into a settlement and a joint memo is filed.

In the joint memo the appellant / plaintiff has agreed to extend the tenancy for a further period of three years from today and the respondent / defendant has undertaken to hand over the possession to the legal representatives of Sri.K.Sriramulu, the erstwhile President of the appellant/plaintiff, on the expiry of three years.

The joint memo is taken on record and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the same.

The respondent / defendant shall hand over the possession to the legal representatives of Sri.K.Sriramulu, the erstwhile President of the appellant / plaintiff, as undertaken in the memo, on the expiry of three years.
