JUDGMENT
The office has raised several objections. Since the office objections were not complied, cost of Rs.1,000/- was imposed vide order dated 20.04.2021 and the learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo dated 30.01.2023 reporting deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- as ordered on 20.04.2021. Till date, the office objections are not complied, inspite of listing the matter for 7th time.
reason to adjourn the matter. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution.
