This Regular First Appeal is coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R
On 31.07.2021 and on 16.08.2021 two weeks time was
granted to pay the process fee and also to furnish the correct address for effecting service on the sole respondent. However, till today neither process fee is paid nor correct address has been furnished.
As a last chance, two weeks time is granted to do the needful. If needful is not done, the appeal would stand dismissed without reference to the Bench.
