O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel who is representing the counsel for appellant on record.
IA No.1/2023 is filed to recall the order of dismissal of the appeal for non compliance of the office objections Dated 8-6-2023 in pursuance to the amended Rule 17 read with 14(2) of Chapter XII of the Karnataka High Court Rules.
The application is allowed subject to the conditions that: (1) the appellant shall comply the office objections raised regarding the main appeal within a period of two weeks and (2) if the appellant do not comply the office objections, the appeal as well as IA stand dismissed.

NOTE: Vide Court Order dt.24.07.2023 the Office Objections are not complied with. Hence Appeal stands dismissed for non compliance.
