Heard on bail application.
vehicle and all of a sudden started abusing CW-1 to CW-5 in filthy language that, it is because of them, he could not marry CW-7 and assaulted CW-2 by a long on his head and when CW1 came to rescue the CW-2, the accused also assaulted him by the said long and due to the said assault, both of them sustained grievous injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment. Thus the accused has committed this alleged offences.
"On the 08.07.2022 when the following injuries were found.
a) Laceration of size 5x1x1 cm on Medical aspect of right by around 4 cm below knee.

Laceration of size 10x2 cm over parietal region CT brain:Scalp laceration noted involving the frontal and left parietal scalp defect involving the outer table of frontal bone."
