After arguing the matter for some time
Sri.Lakshmikanth.K, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo reads as under:
"The counsel for the petitioner pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to dismiss the petition as not pressed with liberty is reserved the petitioner after examination of CW2 eye witness to the incident. Hence, consider the memo in the interest of justice.”
In view of the memo filed, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
