Sri. Santhosh A., learned counsel for the petitioner addressed the arguments for a considerable length of time and thereafter filed the memo. The memo reads as under:
"The advocate of the petitioner submits that the above said petition may kindly permit the advocate for the petitioner to withdraw the petition in the interest of justice and equity."
In view of the memo filed, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn . Having regard to the fact that the accused is in custody since 16.02.2022, the trial Court is directed to dispose off the main case as early as possible and accused shall co-operate for the same.
