"Undersigned counsel appearing for the petitioner respectfully submits that, in the above case the parties are settled the matter in view of the compromise before this Hon’ble Court in Crl.P.No.2853/2023 same is allowed, in view the same above petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the above petition is dismissed as not pressed in the interest of justice and equity."
In view of the memo filed, the Criminal Petition is
dismissed as withdrawn as it has rendered infructuous.
