Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for respondent No.1-State.

This petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.2826/2022 arising out of Crime No.74/2022 registered by Budikote Police station, K.G.F. and charge sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 354, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC.

Both petitioners and respondent No.2 appeared

before the Court along with their counsels and the injured persons also appeared before the Court and filed joint

compromise application on I.A.No.1/2023 under Section 320(2) read with 482 of Cr.P.C.

The respondent No.2 submits there is no objection to compound the offence.

The petitioners and all the injured persons namely Gopalappa, Sathish and Roopa along with respondent No.2 are present and submits that they have compounded the offence and they have settled their issues.

By looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I.A.No.1/2023 filed by the parties is hereby allowed. Permitted to compound the offences. Consequently, the petition is allowed.

The criminal proceedings against the petitionersaccused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No.2826/2022 arising out of Crime No.74/2022 registered by Budikote Police station, K.G.F. is hereby quashed.
