The learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo
seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo reads thus:
“HEREIN, the Petitioner most respectfully submits as under:
That, the Petitioner had filed the present Petition before this Hon'ble Court for quashing of entire proceedings initiated pursuant to Harapanahalli PS Crime No. 119/2022.
That, the investigation in the Top-noted crime is completed and after completion of the investigation and the Chargesheet is filed. The Petitioner has been dropped from the Chargesheet and has been arrayed as one of the witness to the said crime. Hence, considering this fact the present Petition has become infructuous. Hence the petitioner intends to withdrawal the present Petition with liberty.
Hence this Memo.”
