withdrawal of the petition.
2. Memo reads as under:
“The Counsel for the Petitioner most humbly submits that, the top noted Petition is filed by the Petitioners, seeking to quash the FIR and Complaint filed against the Petitioners in Crime No.24/2023, of the Extension Police Station, Hosapete, on the file of the learned Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Hosapete. Now the Respondent No.1 Police have submitted that final report against the Petitioners and against other Accused persons in Crime No.24/2023 and the same is now registered as C.C.No.1035/2023, before the learned Trial Court. In view of the filling of the final report, as stated above. The top noted Petition does

not survive for consideration. Therefore, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to kindly permit the Petitioners to withdraw the top noted Petition, as having become infructuous, reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Petition, challenging the final report, to meet the ends of justice.”
