Heard the learned counsel Smt. Pooja Savadatti on behalf of Shri R.H. Angadi appearing for the petitioner; learned HCGP Shri V.S. Kalasurmath appearing for respondent No.1; & learned counsel Shir Namdev S.Badiger appearing for respondent No.2.

Learned HCGP on verification of the records and on instructions would submit that the Police after investigation while filing the charge sheet, have dropped the name of the petitioner, to be one of those accused, in the array of accused in the charge sheet. Therefore, the petition in the format that is presented is rendered
