Complaint: I M. Uma Devi resident of Basavanna Camp came to file a complaint to Karatagi Police Station against M. Sree Rama Murthy, EreshPonapur, Eresh brother, driver Mahesh, Sanna Veereshappai in Dodda Veereshappa came to my house harassed me using valgur language and manhandled me by pulling by saree and dragged me out of the house and gave life threatment that if you don't leave the house we will see when you are going to ponapur village. They have dragged my sons and husbands mobile when they are capturing the real incident and pulled out of the house and erased all our evidences in the mobile phone. In this incident I have list my finger ring four bangles and cash. They have pulled my saree and caught my throat and in this incident I was injuried. This is the second time they have come and gave us life threatenment, this is because we are in the position and the house which we are living was sold out by our father-in-law without our concern.
We are in the position so they are all these activities who is the purchaser so please file a complaint against them and take action their driver Mahesh is threatening my husband that if we give a complaint

against him he will see our end. Sir even our document bag is missing when this incident happened.”

A perusal at the summary of the charge sheet would prima facie indicate the ingredients that would become the offences punishable under Sections 354, 507, 447 of IPC. The Learned counsel appearing for respondent would submit that the concerned court had already framed the charges and the trial is set into motion, it is at this juncture, the interim order is granted. He would seek dismissal of the petition.
