Heard the learned counsel Sri.Kalleshappa.K.S., for petitioner and learned counsel Sri.Nagaraja Reddy.D., for respondent.

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC praying for transfer of proceedings in M.C.No.6547/2021 from I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to the Principal Family Judge at Chikkaballapura.

The marriage of the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 19.11.2020. The respondent/husband instituted M.C.No.6547/2021 under section 13(1)(ia)(iii) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking dissolution of marriage.

The petitioner is before this Court seeking for transfer of the proceedings from I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to the Principal Family Judge at Chikkaballapura stating that the petitioner is

staying at Chikkaballapura along with her parents. Learned counsel Sri.Nagaraja Reddy.D., for respondent would submit that the respondent/husband has no objection to transfer the proceedings to the Principal Family Judge at Chikkaballapura. Taking note of the above submission, I proceed to pass the following:

1. The proceedings in M.C.No.6547/2021 pending on the file of I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Bengaluru is directed to be transferred to the Principal Family Judge at Chikkaballapura for further consideration in accordance with law.
