2. After noticing the continuous absence of the
petitioner and its counsel, even the above order has not deterred counsel and they remain absent as usual. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents opposes the Petition contending that there is absolutely no merit in

the Petition and therefore, both the Petitioner and his
counsel are keeping away from the Court. There is no
reason to doubt to his version at this stage.
In view of the above, COP is disposed off.
