JUDGMENT
Learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions submits that the order of learned Single Judge dated 10.03.2023 is now duly complied with. He further submits that the order is issued on 21.11.2023 so as to release the amount in favour of the Complainant and further steps too following the order would be taken by the respondents immediately. A copy of the order dated 21.11.2023 is placed on record as AnnexureX. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that there is some delay in compliance; but the same was due to procedural difficulties, and the same is unintentional and further that the respondent – accused tenders his unconditional apology for the lapse.
In view of the above, the apology tendered by the respondent-accused is accepted and as the order of learned Single Judge is now duly complied with, the complaint
contempt is disposed off. Notice discharged.
