is filed. Be that as it may. According to the view adopted by this court in C.C.C.No.911/2023 between SMT. T. PHILOMENA vs. SRI. MAHENDRA KARLE disposed off on 09.10.2023, we decline to entertain the present complaint of contempt.
The complaint of contempt is disposed off with liberty to the complainant to take appropriate steps, if so advised.
