Sri.S.S.Mahendra submits that the respondent-accused Mr.Shivakumar Kasnoor, Tahasildar, Nanjungud, is personally present in this court and prays for at least eight weeks time for compliance of the order. Accepting this statement as an undertaking to this court, the respondentaccused is granted eight weeks time.
In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the complaint of contempt and therefore the same is accordingly disposed off.

If compliance is not done within the stipulated period
of eight weeks, the complainants are at liberty to seek
