ORDER
Pursuant to notice of this Court, the RespondentState has filed a Compliance Affidavit sworn to by Prashant K Patil, Tahsildar, Bagepalli Taluk, Chikkaballapura District, in this court on 03.10.2023. A perusal of the Affidavit shows that in terms of paragraph Nos. 3, 4 & 5 details are supplied about due compliance of the order of learned Single judge. Learned counsel appearing for the Complainant also admits this fact situation. Accordingly, the grievance of the Complainant no more survives for consideration, the order of this Court having been complied with. As such the Complaint of Contempt is disposed off. Notice is discharged.
It is needless to state that if the complainant feels aggrieved by any endorsement or the like or the decision
taken by the respondent – authority pursuant to the order
of the learned Single Judge, he may approach the competent forum for further Redressal as per the provisions of law, if so advised and in that connection, all
contentions are kept open.
