Learned counsel for the complainant being aggrieved by the order dated 01.10.2021 made in W.P.No.37650/2016 of which non-compliance is alleged submits that an appeal was preferred in W.A.No.142/2022 and the same was disposed off on 11.07.2022.

Learned counsel for the Respondent-accused No.1 on instructions submits that the respondent-accused would comply with the order dated 01.10.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge within two weeks. The statement made by learned counsel through the respondent-accused is accepted as an undertaking given to the court by the
