Learned HCGP has filed memo dated 17.08.2023 along with copy of endorsement dated 24.03.2023 issued by Deputy Commissioner, Bagalkot, endorsement dated 14.03.2023 issued by the KPTCL and another endorsement dated 16.03.2023 issued by Bagalkot Town Development Authority, Bagalkot.

The memo dated 17.08.2023 reads as under :

“As per the direction of this Hon’ble Court vide Order dated 25.01.2023 in WP.No.100478/2023 (GM-KEB), the respondent/accused is herewith producing the endorsement dated 24.03.2023 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Bagalkot, endorsement dated 14.03.2023 issued by the KPTCL and endorsement dated 16.03.2023 issued by the Bagalkot Town Development Authority, Bagalkot.

Therefore, the respondent/accused has complied the direction given by this Hon’ble Court. The endorsement dated 24.03.2023, 14.03.2023 and 16.03.2023 are herewith produced along with this memo as document Nos.1 to 3 for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court.

The same may kindly be taken on record and drop the contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents/accused in the interest of justice and equity.”
