This Court has passed an order on 09.11.2023 which
reads as hereunder:
“There is no representation on behalf of the complainant in the morning session as well when it is called out in the post lunch session.
This Court on several occasions granted time to comply with the office objections, however, none of the office objections have been complied with.
As a last chance, the matter is adjourned on a cost of Rs.2,500/- payable to the Legal Services Authority, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad.
List this matter on 21.11.2023 in the orders’ list for dismissal of the petition.”
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called out. It is also noticed that none of
the office objections raised have been complied with nor the costs has been deposited. Papers are also incomplete. Violation of the directions of which complained of is also not annexed. Accordingly petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
