O R D E R
The order passed by the then Divisional Commissioner, Mysuru Division, Mysuru, dismissing the appeal filed under Section 33 of the urban land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act 1976 as abated under the repealed Act against which the petitioner filed the W.P.No.31236/2002, this Court by order dated 25.06.2004 set aside the order passed by the then Divisional Commissioner, Mysuru Division, Mysuru, wherein, the respondent No.1 was directed to forward the appeal papers to the appropriate appellate authority.

Mysuru to consider the appeal and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
