THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENT NO.2 TO HEAR AND PASS AN ORDER IN REVISION APPLICATION BEARING NO.RC NO.13/3/2020-RC-I DATED 28.08.2020 BEFORE 30.04.2022 (ANNEXURE – K) AND ETC.

THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR, J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER

In this petition, petitioner has sought for the following

reliefs:

“a. Directing the respondent No.2 to hear and pass an order in Revision Application bearing No.RC No.13/3/2020-RC-I dated 28.08.2020 before 30.04.2022 (Annexure – K);

b. Direct the Respondent No.3 to issue direction to Respondent No.4 to execute the deemed extension of the Lease Deed of the Petitioner;

c. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant.”

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the material on record, in particular, the limited relief sought for at prayer column (a) to the petition, we deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of Revision Application bearing RC No.13/3/2020RC-I dated 28.08.2020 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate on or before 16.05.2022.

Subject to the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of.
