THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO FURNISH ALL THE CASE PROCEEDINGS DATED 08.09.1996, STATED AT ANNEXURE-G ENDORSEMENT DATED 14.08.2016 ORDERS THAT HAVE TAKEN PLACE BEFORE THEM UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE INAMS ABOLITION ACT, IN RESPECT OF THE AFORESAID LANDS AND DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF THE PETITIONERS EXPEDITIOUSLY.

ORDER
The short prayer of the petitioners is for the issuance
of certified copies of certain documents. Learned counsel for the petitioners complains that the request for furnishing of copies documents was made way back in October 2017 and till now nothing has been done in the matter. He also tells the court that simple matters like this should not be kept pending for years here. Learned HCGP appearing for

the official respondents on instructions from the Tahsildar, Mulbagal Smt. Shobitha.R. personally present before the Court assures that the subject documents will be positively made available to the petitioners within six weeks. This is fair.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to seek it’s revival if those documents are not furnished as assured. In that event heavy costs with some adverse entries in the Service Register of the concerned officials may be directed.
Now, no costs.
