Undersigned counsel humbly submits that the main dispute in issuing of passport to the petitioner 5, criminal cases registered with the Cubbon Park Police Station, as petitioner has sufficient Court documents to establish that petitioner has no connection to above mentioned crime, thus no order of this Hon'ble Court is warranted.
