ORDER
The short grievance of the Petitioner is as to nonconsideration of his representations dated 21.06.2016 (Annexure-D) series wherein he has sought for some action at the hands of jurisdictional authorities on the ground that the private Respondents herein have put up some illegal construction.

Petitioner in accordance with law and in a time bound way. This should have happened quite some time back, is beside the point.
In view of the above and the light of the observations, petition is disposed off. Time for compliance is three months. All contentions are kept open. The consideration of the representation shall happen if notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
