Learned Additional Government is directed to take notice for both the respondents.
The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondentAuthorities to consider the application dated 27.12.2018 filed by the petitioner seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation of 1 acre 20 guntas of land in Sy.No.32 situated at Pemmanahalli, Arkalgudu, Hassan Taluk. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been giving several representations and the latest representation is dated 18.01.2022 at Annexure-D. On the contrary, the revenue authorities are trying to evict the petitioner without placing the application filed by the petitioner before the Committee for regularization.
